From: Diane Juno,of Lubbock Texas Date: 09/08/2004 Message: on sept 11 03 my city displayed 3,412 american flag in tribute park. for the entire week the flags waved night and day, it was an emotional and loving time. at the end of the week my family purchased a flag and along with the flag we received a name that was placed with the flag to honor the victim.Susan M Getzendanner was our name. It has taken me awhile to find a background to my name. I am so glad that I have. My family cherishes the flag and flys it regularly. we will never fogeet this horror and now we will always have a history to our flag and person behind it. Thank you. |
