From: Police Officer William Deluca 84th Pct Bklyn Date: 05/19/2006 Message: dear jimmy i gave you the nickname "rags" to riches ill never forget the fun times we had on patrol as rookies who would have known?maybe things happen for a reason like wen we teased you in the lockerroom cause you were getting ready to roll over to the F.D. or the fact that i put a bullet in my head one drunk night in the bar and now im in a wheelchair this happened in 97 so you may have heard about it i think about you all the time i still have the picture of us in uniform and look at it often and the night you lent me your black workboots to go out cause mine were wet or something i cant count how many girls used to stop me in the radiocar asking for officer riches ooh hes so cute!! you were a stand-up guy who i felt safe being on the same side with and miss you very much it was a short time we worked together but the memories will never fade i still tell people the time i graffitied your locker with a big "CRASH" after you totalled the rookie r.m.p.#1729 what fun jimbo miss ya pal and ill see you again someday take care p.o.deluca a.k.a. the skunk |
