Date: 08/15/2005 Message: It is unfortunate that you feel the need to say awful things. You are uneducated because Capt. Farrelly was a captain when he gave his life. He was promoted to a Battalion Chief post mortem. They fostered children who had mothers who were addicted to drugs and by your expression of hatred it was probably one of your babies they so generously loved more than Elaine, the other message writer, could've. Joe is missed by all that actually knew him. His generous heart was second to none. |

Joe Farrelly was one of the most compassionate and loving men this world ever had, and excuse me, but if you knew Stacey and Joe - your assessment of their love life was way off base. If you saw the way they looked at one another you knew that their love was real and passionate and forever; something you will probably never find in your life because you have too much hate inside of you. God Bless Joe Farrelly and keep him safe until we can all see him again - including his wife and three children. |

He was promoted to Battallion Chief after his death because obviously they never got the chance to promote him while he was alive. He was a better person than you ever were and ever will be. And maybe him and his wife wouldn't have to "steal" babies if you weren't an irresponsible crackwhore. |
